For anyone that is filing in Mecklenburg County, I confirmed with the clerk's office that Mecklenburg does NOT grant clerk divorces. You have to schedule a hearing and present in front of the judge (process for this starts at 44:27 in the vid).

I called a law office and they told me i can file for him since my spouse he is out of state. ask your local court that he does not have an address and what can you do to file for an divorce..??
