@@frankyfrank8523 so this is how it works, I was a permanent resident about to loose it due to my felony it took 12 long years appealing and good behavior so my conviction was in 1990 and I believe any felony after 19901 does not qualify not sure about the dates its been more than 30yrs but it can be done I am currently working on getting my gun rights back

:( I was in foot shackles and handcuffs like slaves, put on an airplane and told if we needed to use the bathroom..defacate on yourself... then when you arrive to holding cells ,about 20 to a cell and only one out in the open- no toilet seat- once they ( ice) sent me halfway across America to Eloy Az I was at first put in a jailcell ( detention cell- funny how immigration uses different words to justify their cruelty) once the CCA realized that I spoke English well and could help the "paisas" ...made the CCA life harder by " human beings" being able to fight their cases, Surenos, and other felons were housed with me- retalation- i got in " self defense" fight- my court paperwork stolen- some of my other papers soaked - with hopefully,i pray water not urine....when CCA could justify they would put me in the S.H.U.( special housing unit) were no access to the mediocre library..( 1 norteno just for being norteno gang member was housed for almost 2 yrs fighting his case).only 1 computer with no outside link ,,,only internal lexus nexus ...I was detained for 2 years (eloy az became my home) i wrote to every celebrity( mark sanchez, george lopez..etc) politician ( president obama, john mccain, etc) media( abc, nbc, cbs, etc) lawyers( paid their consultation fees yet wanted 80 usd per hour)...i went to my last immigration court case without a lawyer ...submitted my elementary,jr, high, hs( perfect attendance, sports, spelling achievments, medals,CIF state football champs) and also submitted my law enforcement academy graduate, 11 yrs of postal service,24 yrs of taxes paid, letters of recommendation, my mother and sister came to my last court hearing ( my mom was 75 at this time, now 85) and said beautiful kind words about me...that my 3 misdemeanors were an effect from me fighting my family custody and visitation to my ex gf ( baby momma infidelity).... I have remorse for the bad choices I made with the person I chose to create a little human being...my daughter was 9 the last time I saw her( the mother made it ransom, if i pay then i get to see our daughter- my support was withdrawn automatic ?,,it still wasnt good enough for her) my daughter is now 25 and I havent heard anything from her...was it worth it? the real question is " how much is a child worth?" - the baby momma eventually got married to the parole officer who sent his parolees after me, while fighting for my daughter ..restraining orders were issued on both sides...I lost ..she grew up not knowing her true father...I lost birthdays, youth, and now adulthood- I only recognize 1 daughter, even though the mother would say she isnt mine-how heartless can a mother's revenge be to disallow fatherhood to their child? are replacement daddy's better? sorry, for not staying focus but I do belueve ( my criminal history was based out of love, not hate) ..Ive made the most of my life- opened a resource and support center( like a community center ). I was lucky I was only given a 10 year ban ,for I have met many, not all, deported veterans with permanent banishments- we all agree that the military system failed us! deporting veterans is wrong...I plan to come back to USA to tell my story..hopefully I have those to listen...?!
