Great. Thank you so much but I have a doubt. Why there are restrictions for senior advocates in the matter of practice ? I mean why is that a Senior Advocate cannot file a vakalatnama/ cannot not appear without an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court or without an Advocate, not accept instructions to draft pleading or affidavits, advice on evidence or to do any drafting work of an analogous kind in any Court, and not accept directly from a client any brief or instructions to appear in any Court?
