डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट और एसडीएम कोर्ट को सुधार दिया जाए 80 परसेंट लोगों का भला हो जाएगा क्योंकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाईकोर्ट में 10 परसेंट लोग ही पहुंचते हैं बाकी एसडीएम कोर्ट और डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट में लोगों को बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी होती है उनके जवाब दे पूरी शक्ति से लागू की जाए

Govt. ki dein hai arrest, bail, anticipatory bail, Non bailable warrant,( yeh pravdhan dekhne mein very sakht, par, cracking mein very easy, "only for some " aise case mein immediately bail dekha gaya. Normal arrest mein bail Milne ke liye nakon chabana padta hai"for some people" Sri Rahul is lucky he could get up the ladder with normal speed. There came "hickory dickory dock, ...came down the clock.: Again sessions court. Probably round & round the clock. I was astonished, in some cases SC gave final verdict, cautioning lower courts refresh their legal skill.

WHILE I WAS WORKING IN BLOCK DEVELOPMENT WE MADE A SYSTEM OF REVIEW AT A GLANCE IN WHICH EVERY INSPECTION IN THE OFFICE HAD TO SUBMIT A SMALL STATEMENT OF CASES PENDING WITH HIM GIVING CATAGORY OF DURATION THOSE ARE PENDING. ANY CASE PENDING FOR MORE THE DESIRABLE TIME HAD TO BE PRODUCED FOR ITS QUICK DISPOSAL. SOME OF THE STAFF DETAINING CASES FOR MELAFIED INTENSION HAD TO LOOSE THEI JOB ALSO. THIS CAN BE IMPLIMENTED FOR POLICE AND COURTS ALSO. IF COURTS START THIS THEIR PENDING CASES CAN BE FINISHED QUICKLY.

30 practicing lawyers of Sambalpur Bar Assn are languishing in jail on minor charges for participation in an agitation for estt. of a bench odisha High Court in Western part of Odisha. The apex court observed that no bail to these captive lawyers before charge sheet. The next date of hearing of their bail petition has been fixed on 19th of this month in Odisha HighCourt . Can you Sir look into this matter? The High court has deferred the hearing of bail petition twice.

Along with this the SC should also give guidelines that the cases of persons on bail should be decided within a specified timeframe. Not that give bail to a person and forget to dispose of his case.

सर् यदि एक क्रिमिनल केस है उसमे 3 लोग को है उसमे से एक bail के लिए लगाए थे जिसमें उन्होंने withdaraw कर लिया था फिर दूसरा bail के लिए apply किया है उसने भी lebirty के साथ bail withdrawn कराया कि यदि 6 मंथ में ट्रायल complete नही हुआ तो वह पुनः bail के लिए लगा सकते है। अब पहले वाला जिसका bail withdrawn हुआ था वो करीब 4 मंथ के बाद पुनः अप्लाई करता है तो क्या उसका bail हो सकता है या फिर जो दूसरे के लिए जजमेन्ट हुआ था वही इसके लिए भी मान्य रहेगा जबकि दोनो के जज अलग अलग है और पहले वाले को 1.8 साल से ज्यादा हो गया है तो क्या इस इस्थिति में पहले को bail मिल सकती है?? @@LegalGurukul सर् पहले withdrawn किया गया था tb हमारे वकील द्वारा यह आग्रह किया गया था कि ट्रायल जल्दी कराने का आदेश दिया जाए निचली अदालत को तो जज साहब ने मानते हुए निचली अदालत को आदेश दिए पर फिर भी withdraw होने के 4 मंथ बाद भी एक भी ट्रायल नही हो सका ।
