He actually could have saved a little time with a little glitch involving the Bird. If you call the bird and you charge your pegasus boots and run towards the bird. He will pick you up and you'll be able to pick your location. HOWEVER, when you land, you'll be running as if the pegasus boots were charged and all that.
@TompaA10 жыл бұрын
That glitch can only be done on the GBA version. The same effect is however used in this run: The Itemdash glitch. Seen at for example 1:17:05. In both GBA and SNES, you have to enter some kind of stairs after activating the glitch, in order to run fast.

Yo, did you know in the dungeons you can get the MAP and COMPASS? This let's you know the layout of the dungeon and where you are going thus making these dungeons much quicker and easier to navigate. You might want to incorporate those in to your next speed run to save some time.
@wideChiefy9 жыл бұрын
It saves a lot of time if they don't, besides he has a specific route for the entire run
@dennisreynolds21229 жыл бұрын
Michael Wagner Yeah, well his route gets him lost and the map and compass would stop that from happening.
@samir.34689 жыл бұрын
+Dennis Reynolds But... he didn't get lost even once. What are you talking about?
@dennisreynolds21229 жыл бұрын
Nicholas Ring Yeah, well the compass and map make it easier to navigate. He probably lost around 2 minutes per dungeon so approximately 25 minutes.
@samir.34689 жыл бұрын
+Dennis Reynolds No, he didn't because he DIDN'T GET LOST. Bullshit he lost 25 minutes. The guy has run this game hundreds of times, he knows the map by heart, he has no reason to check the map at ALL. Did you even watch the fucking video?
