Minus One has: by far more strong atomic breath, regeneration. Legendary has: by far more resistent, is bigger. If both have the same size, at least it would be an even fight. It all depends on how you interpret the impact of an atomic breath from the Minus on the Legendary would be resolved. You can interpret that it destroys it, or that it charges it and makes it enter the burning state. Conclusion, it depends on the script.

I always enjoy pitting different Godzillas together. And I really do love Minus One's version, for how ACTIVELY malevolent it is. He's just an evil bastard. But honestly? In a straight-up fight? Minus One's regeneration is the ONLY edge it would have over Legendary. Everything else? Legendary clears pretty easily.

people in this comment section don't know a thing about neither of these Godzillas. Minus one isn't even done growing yet and already a nuclear threat to begin with. legendary has been through what minus one hasnt potentially yet and is bigger. minus one is basically the 1954 phase and is the same size as the 1954 except if he reaches his maximum potential of strength which sets him probably the same size or a bit smaller than legendary, legendary doesn't stand a chance. minus one's atomic breath would probably rip and tear skin even at his smallest size which is what we've seen at his weakest point. if this Godzilla regenerates and get bigger, this is gonna be the 3rd strongest Godzilla next to earth and that other one in the comic especially when Minus one adapts and uses more battle intelligence after regenerating from the plane incident
