Thanks for the video. One of the screws on mine has a broken thread and i cant seem to get it out. Any ideas? I need to fix the 3 button as it's not always responding

The little plate on the chin can be pulled off and you used to be able to etch them with names / pictures.

We weren’t so advanced or creative back in the day. Can you tell us how did the process of etching look like? I can do that now using laser, but I believe there were some other methods :)

Haha :D It’s usually a poor contact with the battery. Would it usually turn of when you hit it?

@@simfront1 take a piece of paper, fold it a couple of times and put it under the battery. Might need to try a few times to get the right thickness

I used my Nokia 6310i for 20 years, 24/7/365, still on same battery. But now power switch doesn't work. I need to upgrade due to 3G shutdown. Love the phone. But new updated 3210 2021 is not 4G and not real Nokia, just license of name. Great phone, powered on continuously for 20 years, dropped countless times, still best clarity. Sigh!

@@PhoneFixCraft I don’t know what happened to the power button-whether it got pushed in or dropped out. How would I fix it? Would like to take this phone to the grave with me-what a pal it has been!

@@DG599 3G switch off planned for 2023, but current date for 2G switch off is 2033 as loads of cars/electricity meters etc are dependent on the 2G network...
