Landorus is a relatively good mon. Virizion and Cosmog aren't. Zamazenta's decent. But the other two are indeed great.

Zamazenta is good just got extremely overshadowed by Zacian since it’s one of the best Pokémon of all time. Zamazenta in gen 9 is a body press abuser and is a really good offensive wall.

14:00 what they are talking about here is a Pokémon in gen 9 called Ting-Lu was so bulky it usually took 3-4 turns to kill no matter. So people used a set that was max hp max defense since no Pokémon could threaten a one hit (but as of the 30th last month hisiuian-lilagent came out and with max attack choice band hustle close combat can one shot Ting-Lu but it’s not in VGC currently). It held leftovers the moves fissure (to one tap any Pokémon if landed) stomping tantrum (if fissue missed stomping tantrum doubled in power from 75 to 150 base power) ruination (a move that no matter what halves a Pokémon’s health) and protect. Also what cap said about wide lens that was not it at all no additions to accuracy effect moves like fissue and sheer cold. Some of this information can be a little off but that’s basically it I play more singles than doubles so Ting-Lu doesn’t really effect my game 9/10 times but in doubles/VGC he’s a major problem.
