Jonathan Rodriguez, now that they’ve got the tooling correct, as long as they keep producing them they should be able to reduce the price eventually. But if they’re just going to do limited runs the price probably won’t change all that much as they’ll need to be expensive to pay the tooling cost. TLDR: The more they make, the more affordable they could be.

Ah man, I feel old. I was 23 when these were released. I had a chance to buy these during the World Cup and passed on it. I did, however, but two set sets of the red version. The FG (TRX traxion) version weighed in at about 10.5oz. I still have both of mine.👍 those were fantastic boots and if were to guess, I probably logged about 400 miles of game time in them. They were/are fantastic. Nothing I’ve worn since them has been close to being that good.

This boot is incredible. Love when they stay true to the OG but agree with Josh, in this case the red heel counter makes it look better than the OG. I get that the box is similar too, but at this price pt I hoped it might be more inline w/ the Pred20+. Expected a couple lace options as past remakes (Becks Precision, red mania) had, but the product is so good who cares. Excited to get them on the pitch, especially if they're even better than the reds.

Ahah, never realized the foam inserts were an adidas logo, now I can't look at it without noticing it. 2002 was indeed a special year for football, everything from the adidas fevernova to the total 90 ii from nike!

I'd personally wear these over just about anything right now. That's not to say they're the best though, because I definitely think that the MIJ Rebula 3 is an objectively better boot, I just love the feel of the Mania.

Right now, I think knitted is the way to go, Vapor 13 Elite being the one I would go for. Unfortunately, there really isn't a synthetic boot along the lines of the Vapor 11 that I would put anywhere near the same level.

You think that they will continue to make the old school predators in the coming years, because for me (other than the copa’s) they were the best boots hands down growing up, heard you say in your video with the cat from Unisport that there isn’t many more directions that they could go with remakes of the press... only reason I ask is that I had the opportunity to buy a second pair of these, but decided against it and I’ll be pretty gutted if these will be the last they decide to make as it looks like they are sold out in “normal sizes” everywhere.... let us know what you think/know
