Exactly! Mariah can actually sing, write her own music, and deliver it with amazing passion! I stopped watched American Idol after Kelly Clarkson won tbh, but I think if I did watch it, Mariah would have given nothing more than constructive criticism. I think it also helps that she grew up in a household where her mother was a vocal teacher (I think...am I wrong about this? lol). But due to this she has an ear for music.
