i fully agree with you Wayne on many of the details you pointed out . but let me tell you my take on this topic and we can agree to disagree or agree after i tell you what i know ..first i agree with You Wayne the manuscript vs the Dick holmes story are full of massive holes almost as many as the mountains themselves .but here that said here is what i know . i showed you what copy of the manuscript i was focused on and other variations or copies were cast away ....so i took that one variation and researched Brownie holmes part in that manuscript ... now a few things are out of place in the sequences of the manuscript as well as Brownies story of the events .. but here is my take on the manuscript itself as it is stated in the one i showed you .. i believe i got the copy of the manuscript off a web site and the joe we both know had made a post about the Brownies manuscript and this was in a reply to that thread ..so i cut and pasted it and kept it for my research on this topic .. now here is where it gets interesting .this variation has a lot of details in debate . but that said we look at the details vs the sequences of those events . now if these events can be proven or not is not in question as of yet .all we can do is look at the sequences of the events .now you may not know this but i am the designer of the PPL profiling system , what that is ,is a Database isolating program designed to find sequences in data and help define missing related sequences , now the system is designed to define Possibilities ,Probabilities ,and Logistics i design this system to track and solve cold cases , often to track serial killers .., but here is my findings ..the manuscript has details that only Waltz himself could have known ,and there is reason to confirm that Waltz did not tell anyone these details i do believe the manuscript was written based on a will found in the candle box at the time of Waltz death ,i do not believe he told them to anyone ...where the will is now does not affect my findings .my findings are based on the details of the data as it stands , who wrote the manuscript or how it came about has nothing to do with my findings .i am looking at the details with in the sequences of the manuscript as it stand ..first off do i believe Waltz killed 7 people . yes .based on the details and the sequences of the deaths ,yes !. now i have told you i was able to locate the mine and researched the details of this manuscript and the sequences of the killings and how they fit the location , and the sequences do fit the location of the mine ..and the fact i was not looking for the LDM when i found it .. i had no idea where the hanging rock was till i back tracked from the mine and found it right where Waltz had given directions to it .that said ,there are a few details in the manuscript that can be proven when you know where the mine is ... these are very detailed descriptions that give hidden meanings to someone if they find the correct mine location . ,as i pointed out to you Wayne Waltz knew someone could find the will and use it to find the mine ,so he made a few changes in the wording just enough to stop anyone from using the will to find the mine unless he gave the will to them and told them about the changes .. than Dick Holmes made some changes in the will just in case he was caught with the will after he had taking the ore from the box . Julia never saw the will and Dick Holmes never knew everything Julia had been told by Waltz ..it is my understanding that Waltz had told Julia things that would help her see the changes he had made in the will , she never saw will the will so she only had part of the directions to the mine .same goes for Dick Holmes . Waltz never told him anything ...he only knew what the will said and he had no way of knowing that Waltz had made the changes to the will ,so he never had a complete set of directions to locate the mine .. and he never did ..those people that think they have found the mine are using uncomplete directions. once i found the mine i wanted to back track and see how others had mistaken the directions ..and i found that there were 10's of dozens if not thousands of places out there that fit the directions as they are written in the manuscript ..but Waltz tells you something that you can see that points you at the real LDM .you can not take the manuscript and find the mine . but like i said i was not looking for the mine when i found it ...see when i was there a few feet away from the mine i remembered the wording in the will and realized i was standing right where Waltz had been when he write the will ...that's why i said only Waltz could have wrote that will .. because it won't mean anything to anyone else that does not know the correct order and sequences of the will and the directions coded with in it ...but Yes Wayne i did find the real LDM in 2006.

Hello Wayne, I really enjoy your stories and that your letting us know what's most likely the truth about Waltz. I lived in AJ, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert areas between 1974 and 1986 I used to see a guy that had a mule team or a horse team that pulled Conestoga wagon out into the Superstitions. Did you ever meet him and is there a story behind his lifestyle? Thanks for sharing your experience with us all. God Bless you and your entire family.

Hey Mr. Wayne not sure if your aware of this or not But History channel is uploading that show you were on to theyre youtube channel I like the show but ive got a question Across a couple of episodes yall thought yall were being followed was that real or done to spice up the show also the episode where deal was metal detecting at night and there was a gun shot was that real or dramatic effect Im not trying to knock the show im just curious if yall might have really been in danger Lastly ive an idea that might help locate the dutchman mine if you care hear it

@@legendofthesuperstitionmou969 ahh ok that makes a lot of sense probaly just people wanting to watch a show being filmed This is just an idea i came up with from reading different things about waltz's clues He said something about Being able to see the miliatary road from his mine But not being able to see his mine from the road Also somewhere i read something that made me think that made me think he was describing the location from a vantage point above the mine near the military rd. Also back in high school i read some book i think it was about the dutchman mine but could have been about some other treasure But in said book there was Supposed two cyphers One had supposedly been Decoded using the declaration of independence as the key and it was rumored to have just told who was supposed to get what The other wasnt decoded at the time the book was written Are there written cyphers associated with the dutchmen legend Just out of curiosity are you familiar with the forrest fenn treasure Its supposedly been found I think i knew the location of that treasure but never was able to go look for it If your not familiar with it Look it up here on youtube If anything its certainly an interesting story
