Have been a fan since hearing Composure for the first time in my teens. Now I'm in my thirties and their ever expanding, yet super consistent discography has been one of the few reliable companions throughout the years. I honestly couldn't be more excited for march, especially since JB tweeted that he's never been more proud of an album.

THIS. I heard Composure and was instantly hooked, then checked out Thrill Seeker and had no idea it had a different vocalist. Josh and Jake sound so similar.

Great track. Listened to it a few times before i came to your video. Its really unique, lots of funky bass grooves and the cleans from Jesse adds a whole different dimension to their sound. This bangs.

I've listed to ABR for over 15years, for me it stuck out right away and became memorable right away. I felt like they came back to a new intensity and heaviness and blended in influences of some of their most successful albums while also feeling new and fresh, and in the same time the storytelling leveled up greatly, something I appreciate alot. The riff and vocals stuck with me and I've now listened to the song on repeat for an hour!

Pretty similar sound to their recent single Vengeance. Not a huge fan of adding cleans but it’s done well. Bass sound is some of the best they’ve ever done. They’ll always be the GOATs of metal core in my mind. They never miss
@darklurker898
@darklurker898 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I think adding cleans is a way for them to shake things up with their sound, without pissing off the fan base. If they changed their sound too much, people wouldn't like it and if they didn't change anything, then people wouldn't like it. I agree though that the cleans work well with this song.

ABR has always been one of my favs. Jake is an absolute beast and his growls/dirty vocals are one of a kind. KSE is another band I love and it is so awesome to see Jesse featured in this song. There is way too much going on in this video/song to even attempt to break down. Im gonna have to listen to it a few more times but it is by far one of the best songs they have dropped since Defender and Blood Letting. Love the channel bro keep it up.

I remember randomly discovering their song Meddler on youtube around 2013 and there were 2 opposites for me - I really wasn't into screaming during that time, and I was in love with Matts drumming skills. So I literally was loving and hating that song at the same time, listening to it on repeat, thinking what a masterpiece Greiner is creating, while being bothered with a thought 'does this asshole have to fckn yell all the time?' lmao. They eventually became my favourite band and a literal gateway into metalcore and harsher music in general. And while my top spot got replaced by While She Sleeps years ago and I kinda got tired of ABRs style in general at some point, I'm glad that they have moved to Sharptone lately, I really hope for some new opportunities and variety, since this label provides some insane albums for the couple of past years.

I personally don't mind it, but the pastel/Eric Carle style art from Constellations/R&R/FiFAP was my favorite. The simplicity of it helped the music stand out, and the imagery evoked by the music just feels pure.
