I personally just take the separate Fantasy lore sources as different successive kings all separately having to deal with the wizard and trolls

I always took the black skeletons as being men who fell in battle to dragon fire. Their bones still left charred from the encounter.

I love this castle era, and sometimes when waiting around, I just curious look at the Playmobil and they have a theme that is so similar to fantasy era and brings back nostalgia

I haven't had a lot of experience with Playmobil. I'll have to check it out! I'm also pretty nostalgic about the Mega Bloks Dragons theme from around the same time.

This is just The Mystic Crystal by Ninja Sex Party, but without NSP themselves. Lol Great video, though. Loved this theme as a kid. Might try to do a build of something with some of these sets someday

I like to think that ninjago 2011 is sequel to this story. Skeletons from ninjago has connection - symbol kinda look alike, specific jester's hat of Crazi, and in lego battles ninjago they have twisted king's theme from previous game(lego battles). And, not many people realize that skeletons are castle faction, they have their fortress, jester, medieval weapons such as swords, maces, axes, whips. And I think that evil wizard has name - ogeL. Because he has one red eye, which is unique. And pretty much his face almost copy of Ogel's face from alpha team

Ogel is one thing I did not mention. His head and the Evil Wizard's head are the same except for the Wizard's is more updated. I do think this is a good piece of evidence of Fantasy Era being in the main Lego universe. (Or at least in the same universe as Alpha Team). As Ogel could be a descendent of the Evil Wizard, or just the Evil Wizard himself coming back to cause trouble again. His MO certainly is the same with his Skeleton Drones and wanting to take over the world. I think it's also interesting he claims to be a descendent of Vladek from Knights Kingdom II. The Ninjago connections are interesting too. I'll have to look into them more.

10:39 a bit dark but what if she didn’t escape and she died in her cage only to be reanimated and appears by the evil wizard’s side in the smaller 852001 chess set and then later the evil wizard manages to set the sorceress free and she uses the skeleton of the princess to become physical again. So then in the giant chess that is the sorceress queen next to the evil wizard

I'm not sure, but it's possible. It's hard to tell if anything ended early from this era of Lego or not. This is because Lego used to cycle through different themes giving them only a few waves alongside the evergreen themes. With the classic themes of Castle, Pirates, and Space, they would update these themes every couple years to keep them fresh. I think it's possible and maybe even likely that the designers and writers were working on the next wave when Fantasy Era which would include elves and probably another bad guy faction.

I used the original commercials from around 2007. I could only find three of them, and I'm not sure if they made more than that; Everything with a black boarder comes from the cutscenes of Lego Battles; I used a clip or two from Legacy: Heroes Unboxed; and I used some from Clutch Powers at the end.
