My dad shot and killed his own brother in 1988. My uncle was a police officer and was beating and torturing his wife and my dad walked in he was just going to visit and my uncle had already beaten her almost to death and my uncle picked up his rifle and before he could aim it at my dad, my dad pulled his pistol and one shot was all ot took and my dad or his wife to this day has no idea why he snapped.
