Hey legend what are your thoughts on languish vs yahenni's expertise? I've been running one of each in my bw angel control deck but I can't decide which would be better.

Expertise is probably better, there's not a big difference between 3 and 4 toughness nowadays.

do you think that a Cauldron of souls or maybe undying evil would be a good addition? if you were to cast it on the prist of the blood ritr and you get 2 tokens

Those cards aren't in Magic Duels, so it's hard to say. Cauldron seems a little expensive and I don't think we have enough ETB effects to make Undying Evil worth it.

I am new to magic duels are the planeswalker cards from the booster packs? Or can you get at least one from finishing campaign.

I feel that black is very weak in duels... mostly because of the limitation in the amount of cards. If if weren't for fatal push and lilliana the last hope, it would be dead already. The only old good black cards in black are the -4,-4 instant and ob nixilis. I remember loving languish and then vehicles killed it. ...white has better removal even though I've always felt that removal should be or was black's strength

I have a question, does it still work that if you have a indestructible creature and your opponent puts X -1/-1 on it where X is it's toughness will it still kill it as I believe this is what happens in paper magic

Indeed, the creature will die. Same with other -X/-X effects.

Titan is just ok, nothing spectacular. You can definitely try adding another Mindbender.

Those would kill too many of our own creatures. This isn't really a control deck, despite being monoblack. If there were more planeswalkers or card advantage engines, then Monoblack Control would be an option.

Don't foil man!!! You will regret it. It looks bad, makes reading cards difficult and you waste gold. Pretty much anyone who did id and i know of regrets it...cuz you can't undo.

Legend is your channel only focussed on players that are new to the game? Well at least the decktechs. Because the things you explain are so obvious, like the copter can loot and the scrapheap can come back and is good vs control. I think most of us who watches you already know those things. When I was new to the game 3 or 4 years ago, I always watched your vids because I learned a lot by watching them. Back in those days you also had some "secret interactions" between some cards in your decktechs, which were awesome. But now I just skip your decktechs because I can't handle the obviousness anymore :p. Maybe it's an idea to shorter your decktechs and only highlight the cards or interactions you build around. Or do a poll and see how the distribution of your audience is, like new, experienced or veteran :P, and adapt your decktechs on those outcomes. Anyway, I still will always watch your vids, cuz you are the most chilled mtg duels yt'ber.

It's tricky to balance, as there are new players joining the channel every day. The deck tech part will rarely have mindblowing interactions if you've already been playing for a while. It's mostly a way to let newer players read all the cards in case they're not familiar with all of them. Any one of my videos could be the first video that someone new to the game watches, so I can't really assume everything to be common knowledge, hence some of the repetition. At the same time I try not to shy away from some more complicated lines of play or explanations, for the more experienced players looking to learn a thing or two.
