im german and i used google translator to translate the title (Natale di Roma), and it says "Weihnachten von Rom", that translates to "christmas from Rome", which kinda makes no sense, but i guess it has to do with christmas, so i guess i'd say happy christmas and Roma invicta. :)

Romance tongues can be confusing. Natale in Portuguese is Christmas, but Natalicio in Spanish means Birthday. Its the same root but different meanings. In this specific title, the proper meaning is Romes Birthay or Foundation

Never use Google translation or WikipendiA man. In most of the cases the actual translation is a total failure in general. Btw, have you ever known the formation of this particular Legio and their duty? It's very interesting to learn history. The XXI-Legio-Rapax supported by XIV-Legio-Gemina both as located in Germania Superior War to Pannonia against the Germanic barbarian tribes. After taking part in unsuccesful rebellion of Saturninus are sent by Emperor Domitian to fight off barbarian warbands which crossed the Danube and raiding Roman lands. Lately the Legions have destroyed one by one the Germanic Marcomanni and Quadi, Sarmatian Lazigy and Dacian warriors with some Gallic mercenaries. -ROMA VICTRIX- I think they replaced the first brave one which was the XIII-Legio-Gemina-Martia-Victrix.
