Not to backseat or anything, but oftentimes u undervalue many units that are very utilizable. For example, doesnt hurt to save few bone warriors that u can later upgrade to dark mages (very good for your neo tanks or turrets) or skeleton archers (very good pierce dps). Knights are pretty good also. But I understand people wanna roll for the easy shit. You can't always roll good, so you gotta be comfortable playing less common units well. Even mass malformation is good. But you need to commit. I think you don't commit to builds. Mass wagons is also good, same with mass thunderbirds. We oftentimes do this in hellhalt too with respect to the sends. You break the cycle by winning on odd levels. Doesn't mean it's maphack. We won games on lvl 15 and 18 and 19 and 23 simply because a big send on an unexpecting enemy that on top of that does not have the units to counter can be devastating. Sending 13 was very smart because immo sucks ass on range waves. It's the same story on hellhalt, ppl often send 5 8 13 16 19 because immo is complete dog shit and does 0 damage on these levels. We also know someone has immo bcuz no one voluntarily loses a life to hide a spell, it's absurd. That being said, the melee was a landslide of skill difference. Reminds me of when Wtii was on Wc3 Champions around 1700 mmr. Also Captain Tryhard series, good old shit ^^

Yeah, was thinking same thing. In Hellhalt, LTD Mega, and x40, etc., one learns the signs. Like someone said before, a pudge on 10 can be a killer strat. But WTii has only sent pudge once. And similar. There are strats to it. When he played Mega (I think it was), he missed that send on 4 could be exceedingly potent. As could send on 5. Anyways, you've said all the things I was thinking.

To be clear, we didn't stream snipe any game, We just played some random games, and people seem to send on 5 and kill us every time, so we switch to sending 5 and not 3 but yea... Ifi have to say i say Ping sniped, seems like a guy to do so

@witi Just a friendly tip that will kmrpove your professionalism even further! If you upgrade the unit farthest out instead of the one closest to the wall, your smaller units get to attack for longer while the upped unit with more hp tank. This will give you more net value for every gold spent. Also monks unuograded has magic attack and scales well. Just monks alone will let you push alot, and with turrets behind them you would crush 7 and lvl 10 :)

Footman's upgrade after the last patch became extremely good vs the first few levels - it gains a lot of HP and I think some DMG after losing 50% HP. Also, isn't Monk super good for a starter? And then Berserker vs lvl 10? I don't get the early conundrum - why skellies if you had malformation? Skellies are great only if you can put that Unholy Frenzy on your units; they make tanky builds viable thx to the DPS boost. With your setup I'd go Dwarf Fighters till like lvl 3-4, then go for upgraded malformations in the back till lvl 7 to get those satyrs (fighters would buy them time to charge their deathrattle DMG), then go for Cavalier + Skelly mages after lvl 7. Easy.

@@WTiiWarcraft Malfs are good to supplement AoE/spam of tiny chip damage units, but are extremely bad with high alpha DMG units since a lot of the damage done by them gets lost if another unit 1-shots the mob while Malf was wasting its time to drop it to like 50%, and then the remaining full HP ones kill it and get reduced to like 3/4's HP. They work geat with any tank frontline Tier 1-3 units spam (especially upgrade since the melee chaff buys it time to charge the deathrattle DMG). Elite Archers, Mortar Teams, Canons with Shrapnel, Aqua Spirits, Goblin turrets behind them also compliment them. And when mobs start getting more HP their usefulness drops, but they are quite decent till like Wave 6. Their armor and damage types also supplement well many tier 1 and 2 melee units. In short - for malfs to work properly you go with tiny chaf units in the front (like dwarven fighters, rats etc.) and AoE spam in the back so the damage done by them doesn't get lost or wasted chipping full HP units that get 1-shot either way by some other tower.

Yea, we saw on lvl 5, they didn't use king spell, so it must be imo, since it does not work in Air, so we send 13 + after arena we saw they have Heavy armor
