Gyle, T2 suit is very useful if you want to make a tacmissile comm, it gives you buildpower to build your little missiles. Btw they cause 6000 dmg, so yellow would have died.

Woot woot! I'm Storm and I just noticed this. Was so much fun. I'm really sad my 'suck it Printer' comment after the game ended didn't make it into chat. Fedora deserves half the credit for this, his sticking in there and keeping them at bay while keeping up with air was amazing !

Storm is unquestionably MVP. Absolutely phenomenal pacing and initiative. Every opportunity he spotted he pursued. Fedora though, was definitely necessary for the win. His Seraphim snipe was arguably the most important moment of the game, and his early air game was vital for storms push, not to mention his defence later on meant there was never much space for team 2 to rebuild and get eco up. Great play from them both and a well deserved Victory!

Great game. Let's say it was epic, thought I agree it is on the fringe. Not killing Fedorafreak was defenetly a mistake, but that is a hindsight, Seraphim was probably more concerned about destroying all the infrastructure of both Fedora and Storm. Also kudos to Fedorafreak not bowing out and doing exactly what a dislodged commander should do - buying time for his teammate.

At 50:40 there is a group of scout planes in the bottom right corner that are spinning around in some sort of spiral pattern. I have never seen this before in my two decades of playing supreme commander. Does anyone know what this is/what is causing the scout planes to behave this way? Great cast by the way :)

Yeah you should feel sorry for him playing like a brown bacterial matter. Having so few asf at min 23 (which should be close to 120-130 count, let's say 100 for sh*t players) while his opponent has made so many torps on top of this asf. And even then, he just wasted all his asf with atrocious asf "micro". Might as well CTRLK the asf and get the mass back. Because of that , he allowed beach to get torps so much that made beach too hard to even hold for few more minutes. Maybe when you grow a braincell, you will understand the very basic mechanics. Note that this clown was even making dumb *restorers*. His whole airgrid was garbage, same for his core base. All was garbage. But hey there was literally no surprise. If only he ctrlk and gave his base min 10-12, game would have been salvaged. If you had any clue about the players, you would also know that this particular player never even fkn learn from his mistakes and make the same bs each game.

What a great game! So many of the long ones are short on good attacks until the very end -- glad to see this level of trading. Something I learned before deciding that I enjoy watching this game more than playing it is that it's almost always a mistake to try for a naval shut-out on Seton's. Unless you're coordinating closely with your team, or fighting someone much weaker than you, the best case is that you just barely manage it and then are on the back foot eco-wise, leaving your opponent to mop you up with air, experimentals, or a remote naval factor. Mize's attempt vs Storm was, imho, doomed. Late game, leaving Fedora alive meant that Storm didn't get the eco -- probably worth it.

It was a bit cringe how defeated Printer got by losing mexes he still had full territory control over, but if you look at the game state at that time, you can see Citron had absolutely nothing to stop monstarslayer from just walking with his forces straight down the causeway and destroying nearly everything Citron owned because he had fully invested into tac missiles and navy. Misplay on monstarslayer's part there to either not have the scouting or not commit, since he could just walk his com back out the water if that assault went south somehow.

@@evanmcculfor7749 He decided not to do that anymore way back when, but regardless of that, it's very clearly an error since he posted the after-game replay before the cut *and* after the cut. It's also not a net positive, it's a net negative because the only people who complain about the time spoiling the game are people who spoiled it for themselves by checking the timer. It's literally not Gyle's responsibility that people can't be patient enough to give themselves enough time to watch the cast all the way through or at the very least set up a timer to go off in the middle or something so they can cut the video up if they can't dedicate all of that time at once. Not only that, but it hurts his channel by having a lot of unwatched time on his videos which hurts his videos on youtube's algorithm which includes watch time vs total time as part of how it decides to recommend videos to people. There's nothing good about it.

I'm starting to play this game less and less precisely because people keep abandoning matches like Printer and monstarslayer. It's unsportsmanlike-- Certainly if I was faced with certain death, I would give all my units to the top player, and use my com as a teleporting weapon. You are never out of options in Supreme Commander
