Php 5,900/ mo for 36 month ay para sa DP lang.. After ng 36 months, malaki na ang babayaran kung ililipat sa banko.. Pero kung may kakayahan na ifull ang TCP after 36 months, mas makakatipid.. 15yrs ago, Php 15K / mo for 36 months ang DP namin then inilipat sa bank financing kaya naging Php25K/ mo for 10yrs..Plus condo dues na Php2K/ mo plus Home/ Fire Insurance (mandatory) lalo at naka bank financing.. Kaya kung kukuha ng condo dahil sa mura ang first 36 months, eh pagisipan po mabuti..Kung may pangfull naman eh wala problema..😊😊😊

Agent should discuss as well the total contract price. As you can see in the comments some thoughts after 36 months wala ng ibang babayaran or so. Para sa hindi malawak ang kaalanan with payment terms after 36 months DP sana explain din yung possible amount ng pwede nilang bayaran if bank loan or in house financing. Kasi at the end of the day yung after 36 months DP ang mabigat at nakakalimutan ng potential buyers pag handaan or they over look. Until then, they have to give it up at ipasalo sa iba or worst they blame the agent.
