The few things I'd change personally about it is one, more minifigs, two, make Sauron's helmet and shoulder pauldrons separate pieces, three, make the actual tower section of Barad-Dûr taller and a bit skinnier, four, change all the greys, tan, orange, and stuff creating the landscape of Mordor for the set to be dark and light reddish brown to fit more with what we see in the actual movies, and five, make Sauron taller than a normal minifig, but shorter than the Avatar minifigs (those proportions do not fit Sauron). Everything else is perfect.

I ordered this the night it dropped too and was pissed when the box came and had all those warnings badges all over it. All the press and vids I watched before it came out, showed very clean boxes with that gorgeous box art unburdened by the crazy warning labels everywhere.
