I think I would swap the signs around so the surf one is closer to the beach and the skate is closer to the skatepark. Just a suggestion, but it's really up to you what you do.

I just wanna say that I really like you didn't tile off the sand. When compared to the water, concrete, and pavement, it creates that texture that really feels like sand. I sometimes feel alot of people these days don't appreciate texturing enough and just want everything tiled.

That turned out so great! I just purchased the Surf Shop on Ebay and was looking for ideas and found this video! I'm building a beach town and have been collecting a few sets here and there. Looking great. But I'd be tempted to move the stairs one stud further out, so you could add one more row of studs to the balcony -- -- giving a 4 stud deep landing at the top of the stairs, and a 3 stud wide opening between the railing and the wall. But that might just be me, and is super minor anyway. Great job with this.

Hi Jordan. I know you got rid of any city stuff under the city. Have you ever thort of doing a underground. Gold mine. Under the city. Even if it was in one spot up the frunt of the city so can cee it. I now you added a little cave behind the river arear ..but a under ground gold mine would be cool ..I have started building one under my city .and got few of the city gold mine set s. An needing the. Nice addition to the city. I have thrown around the idea of adding a 2nd noodle shop build to my city since I got 1 last year, but I have yet to open the first one still. There are just so many projects I have on my mind all at the same time that I don't want to open it.

Skate park and not just a bowl. With Rams and it looks like a real skate park Quarter pipe & rails stair & a giant half pipe water rides, I think it would be kind of cool if you could add street spots in your Lego city for skaters and bikers sad be kind of cool hand rails stuff like that I think that would be really cool including a skate park google legendary skate spots that would be cool if you could get an icon like El Toro or something into your build.

Ngl; having the lifeguard tower right in front of that little studio appartment, triggers me. You look straight into the little appartment from that tower and that just feels icky to me. The shop itself is cool though; but if it were me; I'd move the lifeguard a bit.
