Thanks for the shout out, definitely a nice surprise! Stay safe in the cold weather and let me know what you think of the software. It’s nothing super fancy but it gets the job done for helping me plan the layout. Hope all is well and keep the vids coming!

Thanks - I will take a look for sure. Weather has calmed down a lot, but to a Floridian it would still seem insane (about 25 Farenheit). Should have review up for the tiny City Loader soon and building the modular this weekend.

I've heard a similar rumour about the Miles Morales Deli set, who knows, it would be cool if they did eventually build a skyscraper with several floors. But its a total joke at £44, LEGO are having a laugh. Its essentially the facade of a ground floor and a car, shocking to charge so much for a set. I'll definitely be buying it but i'll wait for the inevitable price drop in a few weeks as really want the figures. Nice update, city looking good

Ouch £44 is very pricy - $65 CAD works out to about £36.50 but I did have to pay sales tax (5% not the insane 20% VAT in the UK) but I'd have balked at it if it had been the equivalent of £44. I wonder if the next set that comes out will make it a bit like the old Sanctum 76108 set that had Peter Parker's apartment attached...

@@BasedPlateReviews yeah its getting way too expensive here. I never buy sets new anyway, they always drop by about 20% on the likes of Amazon and other retailers, often more off as time goes by. I get loads of stuff near retirement when its 35/40% off. I really hope they do create a second floor, but you'd think they would announce it, so as people know its coming and not modify their sets too early. A Peter Parker apartment set is long overdue, perhaps they will make one for Miles first. Either way, its a nice set, just too much £££s
