For my family reunion set; I closed up the back, fully modularized it and took in the pavement on each side to fit it, nicely, in a 16 by 32 space. It is currently in my city as a corner half modular next to my modified/modular sesame street set, also on a 16 by 32....looks great.

Yeah that's the plan I'm going with. It's definitely modular worthy! They have made it pretty easy to close up the back too.

Great video! I love how you put a toy store in the middle of two downtown buildings. And the family reunion is great set to put to city, but it need some mods.

I like the idea of more space above the station it adds depth to the city like look here look there and see different things. Not to mention that you have the awesome lights

Close up the family reunion set and swap with the Tuning shop would be a brilliant idea. I am loving the open subway station. It caught my eye at first glance as I've seen so many underground subways from many youtubers. I really think that's what makes your city unique from others.

Thanks for your feedback very much appreciated. I think that's the way I'm heading to relocate the garage and move up the family reunion and close it up. Open subway works well I think, if anything maybe just give it some upgrades and more detail/shops

Matt, your city is looking fantastic. For the Reunion set, it would make sense to have it in the entertainment section of the city and have the garage in the suburb area. Loving the Lair as well. Where do you buy most of your parts. Keep Brickin.
