i absolutely love this game. i started playing this type of Lego game all the way back to the first Lego Star Wars, and its awesome to play a lego game like that with some of my favorite intellectual properties featured in it

i love how the actual figures and vechiles is a actual set! in a really nice printed box and not just in listed bags inside the actual huge dimension box its a actual set! im keeping that box for sure! also the free poster is great too!

in Australia the sets cost over $100 any where and the level packs are crazy expensive at around $50 each this was last time i checked so it might have changed

£95 ($145) here in the UK is just too much, £40 ($60) for the game means they value the 269 pieces at £55 ($85), I Think most parents this Christmas will compare this with Skylanders and Disney Infiniti and they see that for a lot less you get a lot more "volume" of stuff.

I am very unconvinced by the prices here still. I have said before that I'd probably like these kinds of games if the "toys" that game with them were actually toys and here are lego ones, but the things just seem a bit too small. Maybe I'm crazy for this but I'd make the base game cost rather high, but ALL lego sets you buy can be added, and then also as something like LDD where you can use bricks specified by the sets you have bought to make things in the game. curse me and this whole want for a perfect and impossible game!

If you still have an xbox 360, why would you buy it for xbone? Games for 360 are cheaper.

I am not usually one to complain about price with Lego stuff and I do occasionally buy console games on release, so I know how expensive those are, but this still feels very pricey. I could pay like 20 euros more and get a Parisian Restaurant or Detective office.

Think of it this way. The price (about 90$) of the starter pack is actually quite reasonable, considering what you get in the box. You get the game (and most video games of this era is often between 50-60$, so there's that), you get the set with the portal (considering it's a box containing about 300 pieces, and comparing it with other LEGO sets it would be about 30$) and then you get, of course, the NFC base. So I think it's quite the deal actually.
