LEGO Fortnite Creative is a NIGHTMARE

LEGO Fortnite Creative recently released to the public and with these new UEFN tools, there's been a flood of user created maps. While some are pretty fun, others are down right confusing. So today, I'm reviewing 40 different LEGO Fortnite maps to find out which ones are actually worth your time.

i JUST created a lego prop hunt, it would be incredible if you get to play with your friends and share some feedbacks.. i added a survival mechanic to make it a little different, i hope it stands out.. its a candyland 🍭✨ and i put A LOT of work into it, i started creating the map as soon as they released the lego props for UEFN

3:15 they fly away if they're not moving, you can force it by knocking them in the air. Additionally, if you're launched, spamming attack with the right timing can cancel it out at the cost of stopping your movement. It was very unintuitive at first, but once you figure it out it's an amazing gamemode that requires quite a lot of skill and strategy

There really needs to be a purge of color vs color/zone wars/pit/box fight slop maps, or at least a option to black list specific types of maps

Being able to remove them from your search options would be great, but sadly the keyword system currently encourages people to include things their descriptions/titles that really through off your chances of actually finding something you want. It's the same problem that KZbin had back in the day and it took them quite a while to fix it.

Brick Deathrun has over 400 easy levels for beginners since most creative players find deathruns difficult, awards good xp every single level and you can purchase grapplers from vending machines once you reach enough gold (which you did not have). 2.6Million plays already, I think people are replaying it just fine :)

btw those obstacle course maps are preset maps, its so easy to make i can make a tutorial in this comment 1. go into creative (dont even need uefn) 2. go to the map creation console (near the rift to actually go in) 3. open it 4. go to lego templates tab 5. create obstacle course 6. publish

Honestly i could see more guns or weapons added to lego from fornite or save the world one being the charge shotgun and another is the recylcer i could see it sucking up lego pieces and shooting them and being the size of a small boulder i could also see the cupid cross bow or the katana blade or the shockwave hammer i mean they added the slap juice from chapter 4 why not add the hammer or more fun items 🤷🏿‍♂️

Multiple people brought it up actually. It's just a visual glitch that was happening at the time for a lot of people anytime you would join a Creative map. It would set your level to zero and count all the way back up to where you actually were at. It was very annoying.

I avoid lego maps after trying the lego prop hunt and feeling like the controls felt janky, now it seems like that was the correct choice. I played some laser jump thing that was kinda fun, but otherwise... no thanks. Its hard enough finding good regular fortnite maps.

There's plenty of fun to be had in Creative, Fortnite Main Stage, LEGO, and Rocket Racing if you enjoy those types of games. I just don't think that LEGO Creative has anything polished enough to be worth much time right now.

When will Epicgames finally understand that quality IS more importand quantity? I love the idea of making Fortnite a platform rather than having less content to enjoy. And yes, my hearts bleeds too seeing this game losing more and more of what it was when I started playing. But Epicgames is rushing the transformation. Look at the story line of the base game. Really? Finding a banana and bringing a vehicle to Peely? Come on. Also, Fortnite is turning more and more into a hell of microtransactions. $25 for a Lego Fortnite castle set? 2500 v bucks for a stupid car? Where's the love for creating fascinating and compelling worlds? You could argue if Fortnite's ever been that but nowadays it definitely lost a lot of what I might've had back then. Edit: Also, do they think that updating their graphics and animations can make up for their sloppy work? I did consider leaving this game in my past, just like the good memories, but that's exactly why I didn't do it yet. Well... I did put some money into it, maybe should stop that first... I loved this game. I loved the sweet moments with my friends and brothers. Even though Fortnite loses more and more of the feeling it gave me back then, but to me emotionally, it's still strongly connected to our past. Yet people like me prove to Epicgames that they can rush things and betray the urge to create art.
