I always collect LEGO first but I do have mini figures that are not from LEGO to complete series that I want. I have a whole spider verse set through them and will be glad to replace it with actual Lego figures. But I do agree that 12 figures are not enough so unless they’re going to make another series or some more spider verse sets I think there’s going to be a lot of disappointment by what figures we do get. Everybody will not be satisfied. Great video as always. Always look forward to new videos about upcoming LEGO sets or mini figures.

I’M SO EXCITED FOR THIS! I can’t wait to get a super detailed Spider Gwen & 2099, but imagine they also throw us a curveball & give us a Spectacular Spider Man, Spider-Man Unlimited, something else really obscure. As a Spider-Man minifigure completionist I’ll 100% be buying this full series plus however many more I need to have all the unmasked versions as well day 1.

I'm baffled we are not getting more spider-verse sets instead. Lego knows Spider-Man sells and these would sell much better then generic not even comic based Spider-Man sets. The Colider, Aunt May's House, Peter's Cave, Spider Society, Gwen's Museum Battle, Penny's Mech, Go Home Machine, Prowlers and Alternative Miles' House. These would be great sets that could have the people from the CMF in it. And for the 3rd film, Leopardon from Toei's Spider-Man would be peak. Also while there at it, Insomniac sets. We got sets on the Avengers game no one liked but we didn't get Insomniac. The CMF unfortunately is the only way to get most figures from the shows. What If S2, S3, Agatha, Spider-Man Freshmen Year, Daredevil, Wonder Man, Eyes of Wakanda, Iron Heart, Zombies, Vision Quest. So many missed opportunities if they don't also get sets.

As someone who has never ever been the biggest Spider Verse fan or even a Spider-Man fan for that matter I see this as a huge bummer personally. Generally though I’m really happy for people, and maybe now characters like Scarlet Spider, and Spider-Man Noir and 2099 won’t cost so much on the after market. Still would’ve loved to see more X-Men or just more comic Marvel stuff in general. As long as they throw in a random character or something not specific to Spider Verse I’ll be happy.

Some of these characters aren't as well known or cared about as you think outside of superhero nuts. Spiderman is a guaranteed seller. Not surprised whatsoever. Spiderman is also enjoyed by the kids. There are so many Spidey sets for even little kids. And the advent calendar. I grew up with many superhero shows in the 90's but even back then Spiderman was the most popular followed by Batman.

I never once said those characters are well known. Not many people (specifically kids) want a Werewolf by Night. But for Series 3 they could’ve easily included the Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man suit. Strange Supreme, Kohari, Ultron, Wiccan, Ms Marvel, Daredevil, Kingpin, Black Panther, Wonder Man - all those are more interesting to me than another Spider-Person variant that could and should be in a set

What a great twist it would be the leak got it wrong it’s not spiderverse but instead spumm (Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Movies) figures. We can have kraven, madam web and the spider girls (obviously not in costumes as they basically didn’t wear them), Venom, other under development symbiots, Morbius and vulture

Personally I think the 12 that will be picked are Miles (hoodie variant) Gwen (unmasked version different from set) Peter B Parker (comes with mayday) Miguel O'Hara Hobbie Brown Pavirt Prabhakar Spot (fully charged version) Jessica Drew Prowler Ben Riley Miles G morales Olivia Octavius For Noir and Spider-Ham both of the current LEGO figures are very accurate to the film especially Noir. I wanted to include Peni but I think I’d rather get her in a set with her mech. My dream figure would be spectacular but I just don’t see LEGO picking him over any of these 12. Who knows maybe LEGO will do an out there pick like last stand or bombastic bag man since we’re apparently getting fantastic four sets in spring. Maybe if we do get a mech set they could throw Prowler in it and give us an extra spot for Spider-Byte or someone new.
