I really like that you take the time to show all the details of the set like the flowers in the attic, the Mr. Sinister & Apocalypse references, what the unused sticker sheet looks like, & if there’s anything special in the instructions. It’s these little details like this that I haven’t seen any of the other reviewers cover which makes me really appreciate your reviews over a lot of the other LAN members. While I probably won’t get this myself & just get some of the minifigures like Iceman, Gambit, Jean Grey, & Cyclops once they hit BrickLink, knowing all the details about the set including the dimensions of how much space it takes up is really useful to me as a collector with limited space left to display new sets.

(just like the placement of Charles portrait). 14:50 the plants in the roof is probably referencing Storms garden in the comics,( which was also referenced in Mission demolition. 16:06 its a Pyro exit due to his mutant ability to control fire. 21:15 the creole is referencing Gambit and the medical science is referencing Beast. 23:00 is a diagram of the mansion and it is showing where the sentinel is attacking. 27:00 many are complaining about the placement of Cerebra but in Deadpool 2 Wade is using Cerebro in the living room. 27:28 might be a reference to the opening of X1 and X2. 27:37 is probably a reference to the cure. 29:13 is a reference to X2 when Logan asks Bobby to freeze his soda. 29:19 is preference to either Blade, Silver Samurai, or Psyloke. 29:48 is a reference to the Disney plus show (code red) that came out last year. 30:29 Does wolverine share a bedroom with Cyclops or Jubilee, if so that explains where he got the picture from. 33:41 ( you could use Montgomery Burns torso and legs.) it would make the figure EXELLENT!!!

I’ve been reading older Claremont xmen comics recently, the plants are more than likely just a reference to the fact that the xmansion has a greenhouse in the attic. I saw it in I believe both new mutants issue 3 and xmen 143, I may be wrong. Hope this helps for the reference video!

Great, great set but obvious I’m going to jump to negatives, but my one nitpick is that I wish Iceman had an head piece. I hope we get an extension to this set with a bigger or the same sentinel, Jubilee, beast and maybe Cable. All together we should have gotten more minifigures. Still a great set. Also in the new Lego marvel move in the credits we see a new Deadpool hopes for the future!

Been waiting years for the location, and it looks great. The Sentinel is a good inclusion and the minifigures are well done. I just don't entirely know if it has the full value for the price. It's definitely about a $300 set, but I don't know about $330

I don’t understand why people want this to connect with the other marvel Modular’s so bad? It’s not even close to the same place. The reason the other sets connect is because in the MCU, they are literally RIGHT beside each other. The sanctum, bugle and avengers tower are all built beside each other if u see the movie but clearly the X mansion isn’t. I would have liked the set more if it didn’t connect. I probably won’t be buying it for that reason alone

I love the modular series so much, i do wonder though how much further this will go. Baxter Building and Oscorp are the only ones that make sense logically imo, anything else would either not fit the modular street design (Asgard, Wakanda) or isn't strong enough to carry a set (Nelson & Murdock, Pym Labs, etc.)

Will you do a Marvel modular combination video? Your last one with the Avengers Tower was great and I liked the video and seeing how the buildings looked together. I've seen some pictures of all four modulars combined but it's simple as hell and I feel you would experiment with it and try out many different ways to combine the sets. Anyway, great video! 😄

I've been thinking, the box rooms that can be separated remind me of the previous wave of Harry Potter sets where you get a big set like the Chamber of Secrets, etc and it concisisted of a number of rooms you could separate and then you could buy additional rooms which were the girls bathroom or a new classroom, etc. Which would also increase the height and width of it. Is there a possibility that Lego might later sell us additional similar rooms with new figures?

I guess the question is what’s the next one gonna be? Baxter building? That’s probably most likely, but my dream set is a corner set with heroes for hire, Nelson and Murdock and maybe alias investigations all in different rooms. A real street level modular. Base it on a New York City corner block throw in a few apartments you’re done.
