I think it's even worse then to be a Ninjago civilian, because your WHOLE UNIVERSE under a massive danger LITERALLY. EVERY. SOME MONTHS. But the title that he brags about is 'Meihou Wang' that means "The Handsome Monkey King" DBK also does the same with his title. Also,their faces canonically terrifies people and I've been seeing a theme of cultivating animal demons hate having their animalistic/weird/ugly features mentioned,so it's probably a copium...which makes the vine even funnier.

You questioned the ages of these characters and I am three days late to shed a glimmer of light. There’s no concrete year for Wukong’s birth but JTTW takes place in the first century of the Tang dynasty and a little bit of the end of the Sui dynasty. Meaning Wukong should have been born sometime around 100 A.D. if he was to be freed from the mountain he was trapped in in the early Tang dynasty, making him somewhere around 1900 years old 😃 Same goes for DBK at least as he was friends with Wukong before he was trapped.
