Hi Adam, With the shed's track alignment, I noticed TrixBrix has an S bend product that might help you. A lot of stations and sheds work use this in Victoria.

I ended up moving the whole train engine shed, from bricklink, over 2 studs. Had to add two half baseplates to the mils module but it worked out. I’ll send you a photo on instagram!
