Here's my review of the LEGO Krusty Krab Adventures Spongebob set from 2009, 3833 with Mr. Krabs, Patrick, and Spongebob. I'm jamming to Krusty Krab themes, brb.

This is my all time favorite Lego set. I still remember the day I got it, I just got out of eye surgery and wasn't feeling good, so my dad took me to Toys R Us to pick out a Lego set, and this was the first set I saw!

@@NinjagoTheory im getting my first SB set (like my 3rd or 4th lego set ever actually and most of mine are incomplete due to childhood shenanigans) and its this one. I know the other KK set is better, but as a first set is this good? it was the cheapest complete set i could find and i didnt want to spend over 60 dollars in it (i have more than that but i just dont wanna spend so much for something so small)

@@shyguy85 At this point in time, because the set is old enough, it’s actually pretty cool to own it. So yeah, I’d say money well spent in terms of how cool it is to own the set. I still think it’s an ugly ser but I reckon your budgeting here is correct

It feels like it’s time for a new wave of Spongebob. We probably won’t get them, since a different toy brand has rights to Spongebob if I’m not mistaken. We can always dream, though.

This set holds a special place in my heart as it was my very first lego set ever. I still remember the cold winter night i got it on in 2009. I was like 4 i think. My dad bought it for me at target. Sadly dumb little kid me took it apart. Along with the other Lego spongebob sets that had come out afterwards.

I remember having this set that my mom got it at Walmart, years ago, i never forgot this set, unfortunately a relative of mines, destroyed it accidentally. I would love to see a modern redesign of this set though.

my personal theory is that the reason this set was so different and had so little while also being inaccurate is that it was meant to be the krusty krab two, from the movie. the sign is where the number two would be, and it comes with the patty wagon. it's still a set that had too little and was rather weird, but thats just what i like to think about it.
