In todays video I take a trip to my Lego Store in order to buy the latest Star Wars sets released in time for May 4th. With 2x VIP points on offer plus 3 GWP's it was certainly a good day to buy Lego

I went to that same Lego store on May 4th. They had sold out of most Lego SW sets!

Oh really, that sucks. I know online the X-Wing and SSD are now on back order for like two months. Think Lego may have underestimated how much demand there would be for these sets

The snub fighter was a lot bigger than I thought it would be for that price. It actually looks worth if I cared for it like that haha. Also not sure if you have noticed but on the Lego website the Death Star promo has been taken of the site entirely. Its been like that since the 4th now. I dont rememeber if last year the Lars kitchen sold out. Then again last years event wasnt as stacked with SW lego as this year was so maybe this is the start of a really booming May 4th celebration event for them. Im looking forward to next year now haha

Yeah think most of the promo are pretty much sold out world wide, Lego stores are pretty much out of stock too. Will be interesting to see what Lego do next year as you say, this year was stacked with new releases🙂

Nice one. Look forward to seeing your x wing build. Will be a while before I build mine (moving first) but looking forward to it. I agree regarding razor crest. I like it but I think I need it close to £300. Would rather spend on the UCS MF or AT-AT before the RC too I think. Maybe Black Friday if there’s a good offer

Yeah I’m really looking forward to building the X-Wing, though need to work out where I’m going to put it😂yeah I’m glad I didn’t buy the RC, I would rather put that sort of money towards the UCS MF/AT-AT. The RC is way down the list of sets I would like

I don’t understand why people are buying stuff on day one…wait a few months and get 20-40% off. Just got one of the new helmets on Amazon for 40 down from 60. I do have that both at-st and a few battle packs making a mini battle. Looks quite cool. Think I am done with Star Wars now…going to stick to the good ideas/icons/marvel sets.

I normally would wait too but 2x VIP points plus all the promos made it a good proposition. I really want that Tie-Intercepter but I don’t want that other ship that comes with it so will wait for a sale on that one🙂

@@TheDyslexicGeak when I went to my Lego store on may forth , a guy picked up the ucs razor crest and the x wing and like 2 other things i said ok money bags he said nah the points I have been saving it for the Points !! So it’s definitely a reason a lot are taking
