It's that time of year again. STAR WARS DAY! The LEGO Group has put together some fun offers and sales including some fun GWPs as well as double VIP points. This seems like the best time to but that large Star Wars set that I have had my eye on for months.

My kid "hates lego" too. I mean he has tonnes of it and his favourite toys are lego, but he thinks going to the lego store is about as boring as a furniture store. They need to refresh polybags more frequently :)

I finally sprung for it too. Here in AUS we got $180 dollars off by spending 100 VIP points specifically for the Razor Crest. Did the US not have that promotion? AUS didn’t get the coin so I had to get it from the UK. I hope my sister doesn’t keep it 😁.

@@alexnunes In LA, CA one LEGO store I called the other day had 3 left. That was at 11 am that day. 2 hours later the stock was sold out. I just couldn't make it on time to grab one. This was almost similar to that Nebulan-B set. I aint gonna overpay by as much as 50 bucks to get that Executor set on eBay or Bricklink. Scalpers are annoying and LEGO store creates the problem as well by not limiting it to 1 purchase per customer purchase, since there was limited stock to begin with. It still would sell out, but everybody would get their fair share and then ridiculous overprice stock doesn't sit on eBay and Bricklink!
