For years the community has been saying “Lego would never do that” when it comes to Star Wars but this list proves that they’re changing. They dont always do it perfectly, but i think there’s no longer anything out of the comfort zone of the design team when it comes to sets

The xwing/tie set being able to swap wings definitely goes back to Rogue squadron. Maybe not the movie, but the books often describe pirates flying 'uglies' which are ships made of random parts. One is an x-tie with the xwings on a tie fighter. Another one is the tie-wing which is the tie hull with ywing engines and is super slow and unshielded, often called a die-wing.

Have you listened...? Even if he’s off by 20% with the price, 90$ for 558 pc. WTAFF??? That is an insane amount of money for 4 figures, of which 2 to 3 will probably be basic af, and a few bricks with that. Together with Legos latest quality problems that will probably rear their ugly head again this is absurd! How can someone present this set and not immediately point out the insane pricing and all... thats why I really don’t like most US Lego Channels because they are uncritical as hell... you guys should definitely demand better!

Another thing about the Boba Fett minifig in the Sarlacc Pit set is that, if they do reuse the one from the mech, it’ll be inaccurate since that one is based on his ESB armor which is different from his ROTJ armor. His wrist gauntlets are green in ESB, but red in ROTJ

Wow!! This looks fantastic!! Everyone seems to be so stoked for Jedi Bob (which is really cool, I just got the original in perfect condition), but honestly I’m more excited for Cal!!!! I spent all of last summer playing Jedi Survivor. I watched your video on the custom Mantis Stinger, but I doubt they’ll ever make that. So this is the only way we could ever get him.
