No, Ventress wears a very similar outfit in both versions, but they are not the same. In Clone Wars 2003 Ventress wore a layered white (shown with alternating white and light gray) top with layered sleeves and had a flat white column running down her front and back. She also had two strips hanging from her belt. In The Clone Wars Ventress's outfit that most resembles the previous one has a one piece top with flat white sleeves, black flat layers along her side, and a ridged white column running down her front and black. Her belt is black with no design on it, and there are no strips hanging from her belt.
