LEGO Technic - MAN TGS 6x4 with bucket gripper (MOC)

This video presents you the LEGO scale truck MAN TGS 6x4 with bucket gripper. This model is a creation of me except for the hut which is inspired by Efferman his MAN TGS hut. The model is fully remote controlled and has 10 functions powered by 11 power functions motors and three SBricks. The scale of the model is 1:16.5. The video was made at Bricking Bavaria 2019 in Fürth, Germany. The Brick Greek Mine was built by the AFOL Technic team. There you can dig in 100'000 LEGO round bricks. Enjoy the video!

It´s great to see my MOD from someone else. I mean GROVE GMK6400 in blue version in first few seconds of this clip. Recognizing dual outriggers and Y arm attachments. :-)

Nice one ! The pneumatic action very much looks like hydraulics, did you use a setup with oil or water ?

no, it is just with air. The only not lego parts are the Sbricks and the pneumatic hoses. But I used two pneumatic pumps for smooth action

Very nicely done. The control of the Pneumatic actuators is very smooth, are you using a servo to control a valve in a "On/Off" mode or are you using Serials valve & pump drive?

Hi, I use PF Servo Motors with a mechanical gearing to reduce the 90° defelection to 30° (Option 3 in the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3O3qXluj92AmMU). Then I control the Sbricks via Brick Controller 2 app. With this app it is possible to switch an one pump for all pneumatic functions.

There won't be instuctions about this model. It is too complex to model pneumatic hoses with stud.io or LDcad. check also the comments below. But I will make instuctions for a semi-trailer 6x4 tractor with this cabine

No sorry. It is not possible to make reasonable instructions since programs like stud.io an LDcad cannot deal with pneumatic hoses and wires. And there are alot of hoses and wires in this model
