We were here March/April 2024! I am in Florida for 4 weeks! So stay tuned for 4 weeks' worth of Florida footage!!
Today we're in LEGOLAND FLORIDA!!! I'm so excited to bring you along on this amazing day! It's our first time in Legoland. Our last visit was when it was Cypress Gardens! Stay tuned until the end for old Cypress Gardens footage from the 90s! Come along with us to Legoland, hopefully it will help you plan for your trip and hopefully you can pick up some tips and tricks along the way!
We go through the famous Legoland gates and turnstiles and I show you everything as you walk in. I show you on a map just how big Legoland is and all the things you can do here. We go into the Legoland Story to get a bit of history about Legoland and Lego. We then go for the famous Apple Fries! They were delicious.
Next up we go to Minland USA! Which is a huge lego village! They have 32 million lego bricks representing Washington DC, Tampa, Key West, New York City, San Francisco, Las Vegas and more!
We head onto our first ride which is Mia's Riding Adventure! It's a lot scarier than it looks! We walk through the Lego Kingdoms land, I think this was my favourite land! We discover the land, we see a lego jester meet and greet! We then go into Lego Movie World and go on Masters of Flight. Think Soarin but more intense! We go on the Dragon. Then go into Land of Adventure and Lego Ninjago World. We go on the Ninjago ride to become ninjas.
Next is a Lego Disney minifigures unboxing! I open a mystery packet of Disney mini figures! We then go to Lego City and Pirates' cove.
Another favourite moment of the day was seeing Cypress Gardens again for the first time since I was a kid! I include some old pictures of Cypress Gardens and we look around. Legoland have kept Cypress Gardens in pristine condition! We see the amazing banyan tree.
We then do the brand new attraction Lego Ferrari Build and Race where we see a ferrari all made out of lego and then we can make little cars and race them! It was so much fun. We finish by going through the lego store and have a look at the star wars lego.
Just before I say goodbye I show some old home movies my Dad took of Cypress Gardens from 1991, I hope you find this interesting if you remember Cypress Gardens! He shows the famous water skiing show, the lumberjack show and we look around the pavilion and see the banyan tree!!! Amazing to see it again 33 years later.
We then go forwards in time and I outro the vlog outside the Legoland gates. I really hope you enjoyed the vlog!!! Any extra love on it would be amazing, thank you all for watching and making it possible to receive such amazing opportunities!!

Watching your dad's home video of your family time at Cypress Gardens, the water sports and lumberjack show were so precious to see. Your dad was the OG pre-KZbin content creator...the (Granny) apple does not fall far from the tree does it Claire?! It's all in the genes.hehehe. What a fun day at Legoland. My boys would have loved that when they were younger. Actually, they might still want to go now since they are such big Lego fans. How neat that they preserved Cypress Garden. I loved seeing the footage of you and your family when you were a little girl at cypress. You’re definitely going to have to take your niece and nephew there the next time they are in Florida. I was super impressed with how big Legoland is and all they have to offer!

Oh wow, I enjoyed that video so much! What a beautiful theme park, we’ve done Legoland Windsor and it was a great day. I loved your Dads video from 1991, particularly you walking under the same tree. What a lovely day out. You had genuine excitement during your visit. So much to see and do. The model cities were unbelievable. All that and rides. Your dad was brave on that spinning ride. My youngest grandson would have loved it. I almost feel guilty that I haven’t visited or the original Cypress Gardens. I loved the footage your dad shot at the end and the occasional photo you cut in. God you were so young and your big brother really looked after you, you could even say loved you..😂 Enjoyable once again.

The banyan tree is incredible. The Spanish moss, my favorite thing in the South, made it look even more amazing. The old footage made it fun.

This brought back such memories. I loved the water show as a kid. I will need to go visit Legoland. That banyan tree is impressive but I am partial to the one in Lahaina, Maui. That one is massive with many trunks.
