Legs Heating in my Toyota Prius Gen 3 - Missing Air Duct and How I fixed it

The issue may be due to a missing air duct, but the behaviour of the systems is peculiar, nevertheless. The heating is great on the passenger's side, but poor on the driver's side. I think I found the fix.
