For 2 people
250 g dried green lentils
1 bay leaf
1 large shallot (50 g)
1.5 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tbsp oil of your choice (olive, walnut, hazelnut, etc.)
Salt pepper
Parsley
Option: black olives, capers, pickles, cherry tomatoes
