I enjoyed this video very much in part because my best friend (and also a photographer) is a New York Cuban Puerto Rican like myself named Michael Lopez. What a coincidence. Wonderful to learn about your evolution. I started my journey in photography as a teenager back in 1971. The Q2M has become my favorite all time camera. The original M Monochrom was my constant companion before that. The M10 Monochrom may be in the cards for me. During my analogue days, I went through a few incarnations of M film cameras. Thank you for sharing your journey. 🙏🏽

Likewise. I've been considering a Q (and now Q2) for years. As you suspect, I'd prefer the Monochrom because of it's improved quality, especially at high ISO, but less versatile for my professional work. If only someone would give me $12000...

The Q shots doesnt even come close to the M shots, which are absolutely fantastic!

Thanks for sharing another great chat. It's great to be reminded why I was originally shooting... A bit lost in working for an income but wish the hosts would stop asking for settings.. It's so absurd to ask for and to expect a photographer to have to give a formula..

but the emotion captured and the feeling captured is bar none - could it have been less processed... maybe, still, heck of an image! haha
