A nice video Marit. Some interesting observations there on the different ways runners behave before a race. I could see myself there many years ago in the 1.30 or 1.40 group with all the tension before the race. Now I would be in the last block wondering if I could even get round the course. I have joined you on the injured list with an annoying back injury so I guess I wouldn't start at all! Perhaps you could do a video on the history of your local area? All the best.
