I want you to know I am spending 30 to 60 minutes a day practicing with these amazing videos, to help me learn som thing new and manage my Covid anxiety. You are the most wonderful teacher (I say that as a yoga teacher with 25 years full time teaching experience). You explain everything so well, I am learning so much and having so much fun and I am getting abs!!! xo

Using this as an ab toning workout to fine tune muscle control! It's VERY different from anything I've done before, but I love it!!

Love your way of explaining!! Would love some tips on how to do the chest side to sides... im having difficulty and can't tell if im doing them properly or fooling myself lol

Hi Leila I been recovering from a major back sergery I already had 12 sessions of physical therapy but they didn't help control the pain, by anychance would any of your work out might be good for me to help strengthen my core n my knees n back that you know off?? thank you I love your videos I hope one day you come to ventura :-)

Thank you for the message and I wish you better! I have put in my notes to create a core workout, I hope it will work. Whenever you dance just make sure for not you never fully straighten your knees, keep them comfortable. 😄

I just started with belly dancing and love it!! I find my arms seem really stiff compared to yours and I am having trouble with ab rolls, any suggestions ?

How long does it take for each move to practice if we set one hour daily? I know everyone is different but an estimate would be great

I just realized that chest lift has to do more with the core than the chest.

Hey, Leilah! This has actually come as handy. Chest movements are the ones I need to focus more for the time being and this tutorial made them quite easy to understand. I have a show coming next week and I might be using this one movement :P

I have no butt or I only have one breast go figure to move I'm skinny at 5 4 foot tall weight maybe about 100 lbs in total
