My dream is to have my own network. I have so much to share with the world, I have lived and still live a very weird life, I see the world in a different perspective and I want to share that so bad. I have always had skills in finding out whats wrong with current systems in the world or at work then bring solutions to fix them very quickly. However, my skills were never appreciated at work I have always had abusive managers. It shook my confidence in myself and made me fear being in a role of leading others out of fear that I will become like them. I am trying to learn non toxic ways and believe that work culture can be good, because after experiencing abuse from management at work i promised to never be a power abuser myself. But being too nice is bad too. so I am trying to learn.

100 % agree on the hospitality industry and being a good PR & guest experience person. I have worked in resort entertainment and I didn't even know I have transferable skills from helping my mother since I was 15 in her retail shop. In the hospitality industry I just polished what I already had, however you must have these soft skills embedded in you. Is one thing to enjoy and do the guests PR naturally and with a lot of joy, another thing to be a robot who only learn to say a few sentences and gets blocked on a deeper conversation and can't stir it in any direction.
