The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

My advice is to develop a growth mindset and be willing to learn from your failures. I learned this from a book called 'Chase No More: The Path To Success'. It talks about how using some secret techniques you can attract almost anything and anyone in your life. Probably the best book I read about modern masculinity and building wealth.

The ONLY Skill You Need to Build a $10M Business Empire Time Interval: 0:00 - 37:10 Summary • 0:00 - 1:04 📜 Introduction to Business Growth: The speaker introduces the concept of building businesses from zero revenue to over $10 million and emphasizes the success ladder and the buyback principle. • 1:05 - 3:30 🕍 The Pain Line: Entrepreneurs face a “pain line” when their businesses grow to certain revenue levels, and they often make one of three common mistakes: stall, sabotage, or sell. • 3:31 - 6:00 📖 The First Mistake: Stall: Some entrepreneurs, like the speaker’s friend Matt, are content with their current business size and avoid growth. However, the speaker explains that such an approach may cause problems with customers and staff who want more from the business. • 6:01 - 8:30 🌟 The Second Mistake: Sabotage: Entrepreneurs may sabotage their own success by delaying opportunities that could double their business, out of fear or self-doubt. The speaker shares stories of clients who have missed out on game-changing opportunities due to this mindset. • 8:31 - 14:15 🕊️ The Third Mistake: Sell: Some entrepreneurs consider selling their businesses when they hit complexity ceilings, thinking it will solve their problems. However, the speaker argues that selling without solving the underlying issues won’t lead to long-term satisfaction. • 14:16 - 18:00 ⚖️ Buyback Principle: The buyback principle is introduced as a strategy for hiring not to grow the business but to buy back the entrepreneur’s time. This principle prevents chaos in one’s calendar, leading to more growth and freedom. • 18:01 - 23:00 📜 Capacity vs. Calendar: The speaker emphasizes that the real problem for most entrepreneurs is not capacity but how they manage their calendar. Hiring should be done strategically to free up time, not merely to increase capacity. • 23:01 - 30:00 🏛 Buyback Loop and Time Audit: The buyback loop involves three steps: audit your calendar, transfer low-energy tasks, and fill your time with high-value activities. A time audit helps identify tasks that don’t contribute to business growth and should be delegated. • 30:01 - 35:00 📜 Rich People Save Time: The speaker contrasts how rich and poor people view time. Rich people spend money to save time, while poor people spend time to save money. He stresses the importance of valuing one’s time at a higher rate, around $500 per hour, to unlock more growth opportunities. • 35:01 - 37:10 🌎 Building a Support Team: The video concludes with practical advice on building a team to handle administrative, marketing, and sales tasks, enabling the entrepreneur to focus on high-level activities that grow the business. Insights Based on Numbers • AD 70: The pain line occurs at different revenue levels, from $80,000 to $600,000, depending on the business. • 3 Mistakes: The three common mistakes-stall, sabotage, and sell-are patterns seen in many entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. • $500 Per Hour: The speaker suggests setting an hourly value of $500 for entrepreneurs to decide what tasks are worth their time. • 3 Steps: The buyback loop involves three steps: audit, transfer, and fill, which are key to managing time effectively.

In the last 7 days, I went from being days away from a 35% promotion to losing my job and the only thing I had left. Now, as I send an extremely vulnerable message to my former employer to pray for my job back, I am also becoming a reluctant entrepreneur on Dan Martel’s principles. The model can become extremely lucrative, except for the whole fear of success thing. But now the stakes are simple… Thrive or die. When you look at success from that angle, it’s no longer something to fear, just an instinctual step. Dan, do you have any words of wisdom to guide me through this? I am sure that “thrive or die” is not a sustainable business model or roadmap to success but fearing being successful is twice as debilitating. I call it ‘failure to thrive- think NICU’

@@danmartell Yessir. But, as an entrepreneur, why do I care about revenue except to the extent it leads to profit?
@vincentpolisi3 ай бұрын
@@danmartell to her point, the only thing that matters is net profit. Revenue is a vanity metric that doesn't translate to the reality of the value or health of the business...but I know you already know that. To put it greater perspective, it's literally the sole reason I never "applied" for Russell Brunson's 2 Comma Club or higher awards. The only requirement was demonstrating that $1,000,000 went through a credit card processing account or, even worse, a HUD-1 Settlement statement. So, the real estate gurus in the US would submit a real estate deal based on a HUD-1 showing $1,000,000 or more and get the award. Now, they may have lost $100,000 on that real estate deal but it didn't matter because the documented "revenue" was $1,000,000 or more. Likewise, the "coaches" would run $1,000,000 or more through Stripe, get the records, submit for the award, but due to ad costs, servers, staff and other expenses, they only netted $100k. Total nonsense.
