Great Video! Very detailed. So many times, people miss the details. Your video addressed exactly what I was looking for. For us, the LTV Real Lounge is tied for first place with the Corner Bed. One of the main reasons we like the corner bed is because everything is stationary. No table or bed assembly. However, the murphy bed in the back of the RL is pretty simple to maneuver and the lounge chairs are pretty cool. The only thing stopping us from making a final decision is the fact that the RL's table isn't stationary. But your video showed that the table, when up front, can fold up pretty small and can be pushed to one side out of the way... HERE'S MY QUESTION: When you push it to the side behind the driver's seat, is the table and the pole it sits on out of the way enough for the driver and passenger to get in and out of the cab without having to narrowly squeeze by it or bump into it in order to get to the back?

Great candid couple. Very refreshing. The great closet and storage space underneath EACH bed is design genius. The rear storage area should easily store two FOLDING RECUMBENT TRIKES like the Catrike Dumont. Check them out. The future of folding recumbent trikes is in its early infancy. You will continue to see much more of them especially for seniors.

This one is my favorite one. I've ordered the 2021. It's gas. I didn't want diesel. In Florida, diesel is alot mor expensive. The garage was genius. I've had bikes and inverters stolen. The garage will store garbage while boondocking and not stink up the unit too. Critters can't raid it.. l I absolutely love this model..

Truma is a huge name for motorhome and caravan tech in Europe. The Aquago is their first US product (and they sure kicked butt out of the gates).

What do you think is better for full time living? A van like this or a full size RV, such as a Class A ? I love the non-ancient style of the vans and the "tiny home" thought put into them but worry that it would feel too closed in as a house replacement. Thoughts?

I think it's hard to say because everyone has their own preference and it really just depends on what you want, ya know? We've spent a decent bit of time in both big and smaller rigs. My feelings are that when we want to cover a lot of ground and have a bunch of drive days, I like a smaller coach. I feel a lot less stressed on drive days in a smaller rig as well. However, if we're staying anywhere longer periods of time a 24ft rig starts to feel small (at least for us). We actually just got a much (much) bigger RV with a desk because we'll be traveling a bit slower.

This looks like a neat rig!! Thanks for taking us all on vaca with you. Couple of question - with no stabilizers how does it feel when you're in there? You two are not very heavy but I wonder what it would be like when someone like me, who displaces a lot of water in the pool, would walk around? Also, what kind of mileage are you getting with it, if you've done much driving? Curious how Ford's five-cylinder diesel engine compares to the six in the Mercedes. Or, for that matter, Mercedes' old five. Thanks and thanks.
@heathandalyssa5 жыл бұрын
StressLess Camping I thought it was fine without stabilizers! Especially since it’s such a short rig. Mileage wise I think the dash told us we averaged 14-15 but the guys at LTV had told us 16-19 mpg.

I really enjoy these videos. If anyone tells you that your videos are too “amateur,“ just smile and think to yourself that it would be perfectly fine if they would go jump into the nearest body of water. A lake? A river? We leave the option to them. I know what I’m talking about. I am an old, krufty professional audio/video editor, and I teach the subject. You guys are doing just great. Keep up the good work! I have subscribed as a result of this video.

Aloha Heath & Alyssa, love ur channel. It was ur NZ holiday w/Wilderness that helped us plan our NZ trip for April. Unfortunately we had to postpone it now :( But for renting an RV in Canada what companies do u recommend to hire a RV? Hope all is well, stay safe & healthy. Mahalo 🌺🤙🏼

Love their design and fit and finish, but the tech they use is old. I mean, three-way fridges and lead batteries are kind of meh. Also a small 1 kilowatt inverter. And all that means you can't use a good induction cooktop, instead of that propane pollution station... Still, the Wonder Murphy Queen bed variant is extremely impressive. The Lagun table system is definitely one of the best ways to do a table in a van or RV.
@heathandalyssa5 жыл бұрын
Croft oh man we are all about the three way fridges and a propane cooktop. You’ve gotta have both to boondock!
@lorcro20005 жыл бұрын
@@heathandalyssa Naah, you just have to have modern tech. 1000 watts of solar, not 400. Dedicated alternator. Lithium battery pack. A compressor fridge draws very little power these days and is much better than a three way. More efficient. Cools more reliably, too.

I agree that they make the best quality MBZ/Ford 25' Class C. Just wish they made a bunk over cab model.

I know this a year later, but thanks as I have been checking out Leisure Travel and they seem the best in the marketplace. I was surprised that you loved the Ford over Mercedes especially if you were only getting 14 to 15 miles per gallon, when Sprinters get around 18 to 20. Did you find the quality of the Ford equal to Mercedes?
