Hello dear friends,
In todays video I show you how to make special Kerala Style Chicken Roast and Karriku Appam as part of the Easter festivities. I hope you enjoy the video.
Chicken- 1 1/2 Kg
Salt( according to taste )
Lemon juice - 2 tbs
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 1/4 tbs + 1 tbs
Coconut oil( For frying)
Garlic - 2 1/2 tbs
ginger- 2 1/2 tbs
green chillies- 2 tbs
Big onion- 6 Cups
Coriander Powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
TOMATO - 2 nos
Curry Leaves
TOMATO Sauce- 3 tbs
Water- 1/2 - 1 Cup
Coriander leaves
Tender coconut- 2 nos (Medium )
Pachari ( Raw Rice ) - 1 Cup
Sugar- 1 tbs
Small onion- 4 - 5 nos
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Tender coconut water
Salt( according to taste )
SOda bicarbonate- 1 Pinch
