Big onion - 1 nos (small) + 2 nos

Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Coconut - 2 tbs
Fennel Seeds (Perum jeerakam ) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
ginger - 1 Small Pieces
Ghee - 2 - 3 tbs
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
TOMATO - 2 nos
Coconut milk( Second extract ) - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1/2 tsp

My dad loves to add coconut to egg omelettes. When my mommy has an egg omelette at home it comes in two forms‌. My brother and I did not add coconut .I remembered this when I saw the recipe.😊😊😊😊😊
