Refined oil - 2 Cups
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 2 3/4 Cup
Baking powder - 3 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Powdered Masala - 1 tsp
Carrot - 4 Cups
Butter - 100 gms
cream cheese - 400 gms
Icing Sugar - 2 1/4 Cups
whipping cream - 1 Cup

Yes dear..first boil milk and pour little vinegar or lemon juice and curdle it ...strain in a cloth and then mix 2 tbsp hung curd and little salt to it and beat to a smooth paste and mix with whipping cream
