അടിപൊളി mam .... Egg ഇല്ലാത്ത കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പഠിപ്പിച്ചതിൽ നന്ദി. കാരണം എന്റെ അമ്മ, ഭർത്താവ്, ഇവരൊക്കെ veg മാത്രമേ കഴിക്കു. അപ്പോൾ അവർക്കും കൂടി കഴിക്കാമല്ലോ. വളരെ എളുപ്പയത്തിൽ ചെയ്യാനും പറ്റും താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞു തരുമ്പോൾ നല്ലപോലെ മനസിലാവുന്നുണ്ട്. നല്ല ടീച്ചർ ആണ് താങ്കൾ. Thanks 🙏🌹💐

Hi Lekshmichechi I baked many cakes this year. One measure with egg and 2 measures eggless. The one with egg came out well. I think the eggless was a little too sweet and may not have cooked well inside, though it is moist. I think added too much of fruits😀 As I am watching this again, I should have tapped the cake pan, but didn’t I am trying to heat the cake agsin after two days at 350F THE CAKES R A LITTLE CHEWY, but they look great Is it a good idea to heat them agAIN IF THIS HAPPENS?
