Dear, Woah Super delicious recipe, if possible try to cook in clay pot more beneficial, soak 1tsp or 1/2 tb each methi and flaxseeds for 12 hrs drink the water and keep the seeds too sprout add them in your salad or with small portion of rice in ur meals hv one pickled amala also , make mix of jaggery 50gr fennel seeds and carom seeds 1tbl each pulse the seeds hv 1tsp of this mix in the end of meal, for no aches in body. 😍👌🌹
