Ingredients:
How to make Dilkush
lukewarm water - 3 tbs
Instant yeast - 11/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Maida( All Purpose Flour ) - 2 1/2 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Egg - 2 nos
Sugar - 3 tbs
lukewarm water - 1/2 Cup
Refined oil - 3 tbs
Grated Coconut - 3 Cups
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Tutti Frutti - 50 gms
Glazed Cherries( chopped) - 1/2 Cup
raisins - 50 gms
Sugar - 5 tbs
Milk powder - 2 tbs
Cardamon powder - 1 - 11/2 tsp

Dough ethra time knead cheyanam.. Usually oru bread kuzhakkan 10 to 15 minutes venamallo, ithinu athrayum time vende? Pinne oru doubt koodi full dough bake cheyan 180 degree 15 minutes mathiyo atho kooduthal veno? Pls reply madam

My Dear Lekshmi Chechy, I was just watching your Vlog "How To Make Dilkush". It is a delicious and popular South Indian Sweet. In fact, it reminds me of an incident that happened long back while I was in Mumbai. Once, I went to a Restaurant-cum-bakery to have my breakfast. I noticed there most of the customers order Dilkush.
